Lucy Kimondo is a professional population social scientist with over 10 years’ experience in management of population and development programs. She has exemplary skills in program cycle management including planning, implementation coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting and resource mobilization. Lucy has extensive experience in research, policy formulation, dissemination, review and implementation having worked with local and international parliamentarians, policy makers, donors and other decision makers to increase allocations to and disburse resources that support population and reproductive health programmes including family planning.

Her key strengths include, advocacy for population, reproductive health and development programs within government, civil society and with development partners; Program planning, management and implementation; Training of Trainers with proven ability to coordinate trainings and facilitate effectively, and an expert in curricula and job aids development.; Strong leadership qualities and understanding complex project problems, and producing high quality work through teamwork; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Team player.
