The Director General for NCPD, Dr. Mohamed Sheikh shared the experience of Kenya in implementing the ICPD commitments and highlighted the priority actions to be taken to finish the unfinished agenda of the ICPD PoA.
The Conference was attended by Ministers, high-level officials, subject experts, representatives from development partners and youth leaders who reinforced South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SSTC) in Population and Development as an accelerator to achieving the unfinished agenda of ICPD and a modality for developing countries to find solutions to address shared common challenges.
