NCPD Wins Best State Agency on Gender Equity at the 5th Edition

Daima Trust is a registered social enterprise in Kenya Championing Diversity and promoting Inclusion. The organization runs several initiatives including The National Diversity and Inclusion Awards & Recognition (DIAR Awards) Awards, which celebrates and awards government agencies and other entities championing Diversity and promoting Inclusion, Equality and Equity in Kenya.

The National Council for Population and Development (NCPD) was recognized as the Winner in the DIAR 5th Edition Awards Ceremony after duly filling the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Online survey. The Survey returns collaborated with Daima Trust’s independent research for all MDAs and SAGAs participants.

 As a result, NCPD was enlisted as a DEIB Champion and winner in the category on the Best State Agency on Gender Equity and was invited to receive recognition award at an event which was held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Loita / Cherengani Halls, The Sarit Expo Centre, Nairobi
